We provide website design, hosting, digital marketing, and related services for small and medium businesses. Service details, inclusions, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed at the time of subscription.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required for the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will commence at the applicable monthly rate. You may cancel at any time.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@yournextwebsite.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Website Ownership

While subscribed, you have full use of your website. If you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline. You own all content you provide (text, images, logos). We own the underlying design templates and code.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful content for your website
• Ensure you have rights to any images, text, or materials you supply
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes
• Keep your account and contact details up to date

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
